Wes (James McAvoy) is 25 and is the most disaffected, bored drone who lives on the planet. His boss chewed him out hourly, his girlfriend ignored him routinely and his life plodded on interminably. All who know him are convinced that this disengaged slacker would amount to nothing. Wes will only hope that the time until you die routinely. But Until he met a woman named Fox (Angelina Jolie). After the murder of Wes's father, who saw very little, the deadly sexy Fox recruits young to the Fraternity (Brotherhood), a secret society that trains young to unlocking his dormant powers to avenge the death of his father. As she teaches him how to develop quick reflexes and lightning agility, Wes discovers this team lives by an ancient code, unbreakable: carry out the death orders given by fate. With wickedly brilliant tutors-including that Sloan (Morgan Freeman), the Fraternity's enigmatic leader, Wes enjoys the strength he ever wanted. However, little by little, begins to realize that their peers are not what they seem. Trapped by his newfound heroism and vengeance, Wes will learn what no one could ever teach him: he alone controls his destiny.
