Review:
The first season revolved around the attempted assassination of Senator David Palmer (Dennis Haybert, The Unit) African-American candidate to be the Democratic candidate for election to the White House on the day of the California primary. Jack Bauer was in charge of discovering who was behind this attack, but felt personally involved in this case after the kidnapping of his wife and daughter at the hands of the people involved in the attempted assassination of the senator. In the second season now-President David Palmer again need the help of Jack, who helped by Tony Almeida (Carlos Bernard) and Michelle Dressler (Reiko Aylesworth) must try to prevent a terrorist from exploding a nuclear bomb in Los Angeles, collect data while allowing them to stop the impending U.S. response against qe Arab countries seem to be behind the threat.
In the third season, the threat came from a terrorist group that intended to release a dangerous deadly virus in Los Angeles to coincide with the visit of President Palmer to the city to debate with his rival for the presidency of the United together. And in the fourth season, Jack, who had stopped work on the Anti-Terrorist Unit in Los Angeles, must return to his former position after the kidnapping of his new boss, Secretary of Defense in the country, an action perpetrated by a radical Islamic group that launches a series attacks against various targets within the United States as a passenger train, the Air Force One or even a series of nuclear plants.
In this fifth season, Jack Bauer will face again a new terrorist threat to threaten to kill millions of people and that could change the world forever and as in previous times, will clock to stop the trying to harm security the country.
